"Sturdier than I expected, honestly"
I picked up some display supplies from Specialty Store Services and they’ve been holding up well so far. I’ve moved them around a bunch, probably not as carefully as I should’ve, so the few little scratches are partly on me. Nothing has cracked, bent, or fallen apart though, which is more than I can say for some cheaper stuff I’ve bought before. Not flawless, but for the price, I’d buy them again

"Packaging was kinda just okay"
My order showed up on time, which was nice, but the packaging could’ve been kinda better. The box was a little crushed on one side and a few things were loose inside. Nothing was actually damaged, so I’m glad about that, but I did expect it to be packed a bit more carefully. Overall, it was okay, just not great.

"Delivery was kind of a mess"
My order did eventually get here, so there’s that, but it showed up much later than I thought it would. The tracking didn’t really update much either, which made it hard to know what was going on. The items themselves were fine, but if you need something by a specific day, I’m not sure I’d count on it.

"Checkout was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
Browsing the products was fine, but the checkout process left a bad impression. My cart kept taking forever to load, and at one point I had to type in my shipping info again, which was really annoying. The shipping cost also didn’t show up until late, so it felt like an unpleasant surprise. I did get the order placed in the end, but the whole thing felt clunky and more stressful than it needed to be.

"Replacement went okay, but I’m a bit unsure on quality"
One of the items showed up damaged, so I reached out to ask about getting it replaced. It took a bit of back and forth and the first reply wasn’t exactly quick, but they did eventually take care of it and send another one out. The replacement arrived in good shape, so that part was fine. I’m happy they handled it, though I’ll admit it makes me wonder a little about the overall quality or packaging since the first one didn’t make it safely

The return did eventually go through, so I can’t say it was a total disaster. But I had to email them twice and wait way longer than I expected, which definitely got annoying. Not to sound like I’m connecting dots on a corkboard here, but it felt like my return was just sitting in some mysterious queue until I nudged them again. In the end, it got handled, just slower than it should’ve been.

I had a problem with my order and figured getting a refund would be a whole back-and-forth thing. Surprisingly, they got back to me fast and the money showed up a few days later. No runaround or weird delays, which was a nice change from what I expected.
